Freshwaters Music Harlow is a non profit-making organisation, which exists for the sole purpose of promoting performers of live music and poetry in Harlow. All content on these web pages remains the property of its orginal creators and of the performers. Visitors to this website may assume that permission has been sought for them to use any material found here, for non profit-making purposes only, to promote and advertise the performers.

In the event that the owner of any of the material notifies the Secretary in writing that permission has been withdrawn for its distribution, Freshwaters shall immediately and without question remove it from this site, and notify the public via this page that further distribution of any material they have downloaded constitutes an infringement of copyright.

Freshwaters will not enter into any legal disputes on behalf of either party.
